1. WiMAX Modem optional:  
       Purchase Option: cost $485(Outdoor)  
       Down Payment Option: Pay $150 in first month, continuing pay cost $21  
        (Outdoor) in 18 Months period, started from second month, will be OWNED by  
        customers.  
       Rental Option: $10 Continuous payment with $150 DEPOSIT (Refundable),  
         Will not owned by customers.  
2. Configure Modem $ 20.00
  
3. Customer shall sign contract at least three months, terminate before the contract  
    will be charged $25.00  
4. Cable line free maximum 30 meters, if over will be charged $1.00 per meter.
  
5. Customer will be charged amount for first sign up fee in advance before connection.
  
6. All prices are quoted exclusive of government VAT at 10%.
  
7. IP addresses are assigned dynamically (static IP address can be assigned on  
    request)
