한신공영은 지난 14일 베트남 락지아에서 우회도로 기공식을 가졌다고 밝혔다. 한신공영 컨소시엄(한신공영 50%, 극동건설 30%, 경남기업 20%)이 지난해 9월 수주한 락지아 우회도로공사는 베트남 남부지역과 캄보디아, 태국에 걸친 메콩 델타지역을 연결하는 사업으로 총 연장 20.83km(교량 22곳, 인터체인지 1곳 외)에 7024만 달러(약 842억 원) 규모의 사업비가 투입된다. 이날 기공식에는 응우옌떤중 베트남 총리, 호니아중 교통부 장관과 최용선 한신공영 회장, 심섭 수출입은행 부행장 등 약 500명이 참석했다. 한신공영의 관계자는 “베트남 사회간접시설(SOC)부문에 본격적으로 진출하는 계기가 될 것”이라며 “베트남 등 동남아 지역에서 사업역량을 확충해 나갈 계획”이라고 말했다.   한신공영은 지난 5월26일 베트남 하노이 대우호텔에서 베트남 고속도로 서비스(VECS)와 베트남 고속도로 휴게시설 사업의 공동투자 및 운영에 합의하는 기본계약을 체결했다.   2일 아시아경제에 따르면 베트남 고속도로 서비스는 베트남 고속도로공사가 건설, 운영하는 모든 고속도로 내 휴게시설 및 부대시설(물류창고, 냉동창고 등 포함)의 개발권 및 운영권을 보유하고 있다.   이 고속도로는 베트남 교통부 산하 국영기업인 베트남 고속도로공사(VEC)가 고속도로 휴게시설 운영 등을 목적으로 설립한 자회사다.   한신공영 관계자는 "기본계약 체결의 의의는 베트남 고속도로 휴게시설사업 진출의 교두보를 마련한 것이다"며 "향후 베트남 고속도로공사 등 국영 기업과의 협조를 토대로 휴게시설사업을 비롯한 부동산개발사업 등에 적극적으로 진출해 사업다각화를 통한 수익성 증대를 이끌어 낼 것"이라고 전망했다.
